Hi! I'm super excited you're here! My name is Meaghan (but you can call me Meags 😉) and I'm the founder of Backend Boss!
In 2020, the world was wildly unpredictable, my husband and I were expecting, and my two older kiddos had moved home with us. I decided to leave my 20-year career as a hairstylist, dusted off an 8-year-old laptop, and started a VA business. I've spent the last 3+ years supporting some of the most incredible humans to build, & scale their businesses.
It became wildly clear to me this year that so many business owners are overwhelmed AF with the amount of tech that is necessary (or not 🫣) to run a business AND they were overwhelmed AF with the learning curve for it all too. I witnessed too many business owners pack their dreams into a box and place them on a shelf because the systems required to operate a business seemed too confusing. Too many big visions are collecting dust, while people have gone back to unfilling jobs solely because tech was a setback.
That's when Backend Boss was born.
Backend Boss is meant to help business owners, just like you, get their sh*t together in the back end of their business so they can focus their time and energy back onto the activities that produce income in their business AND get back to those big visions too.
